Mary Jo Wakeman Award

Attention All Area Businesses!!!!!

This is your opportunity to be recognized for promoting the health and wellness of your employees! May is national Occupational Health Month and Worksite Stars of York County, a wellness program of Goodall Hospital, will be honoring an area business with the Dr. Mary Jo Wakeman Award. This award exemplifies Dr. Wakeman’s passion and devotion to the promotion of worksite wellness and was established to carry forward the memory of her tireless work and efforts towards promoting community health initiatives.

To apply please submit a brief description of your company’s 2009 wellness initiatives. Include classes, programs, events, policies, or any other manner of promoting employee wellness that was offered to employees and/or dependents of your business.
