Scheduling & Referrals
This is an open lab and we will accept appropriate referrals for sleep studies from all health care providers.
To order a sleep study, please call 207-490-7070.
Patients: If you have any of the symptoms discussed and/or concerns about your sleep, have a conversation with your healthcare provider. He/She will then conduct a preliminary evaluation, based on the findings, they may refer you to a sleep specialist and/or proceed with a sleep study.
Providers: Goodall deeply appreciates the referral of your patient to The Sleep Institute at Kennebunk. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive sleep study in a state-of-the-art sleep lab.
To refer a patient please complete the referral form, consent form and the Epsworth Sleepiness questionnaire. Please fax these, along with a current history, physical and a list of current medications that your patient is taking. You can access these forms through the link below.

Once the referral is received, we will contact your patient to schedule a sleep study and answer any questions they may have.
You should expect a report within two weeks of your patient completing the sleep study. If there are any urgent issues, you will be contacted promptly and updated on your patient status.
