Tree of Life Final Tally
Tree of Life at Goodall Hospital
Celebrate, Honor, Remember
GoodallHospitalis pleased to announce that the Tree of Life program raised over $2,000 in its first year. This new program gives individuals an opportunity to celebrate newborns, remember loved ones, honor our armed service members and pay tribute to someone special in their life.
The funds raised through the Tree of Life program will help improve the dining experience at Goodall’s Eldercare facilities and help to purchase equipment for the hospital’s Obstetrics and Pediatric unit.
“Lights” were sold for $5 and were displayed on the Tree of Life in the main lobby of the hospital. In addition, there was a tree in the courtyard of the main entrance of the hospital which was lit at the Tree Lighting Ceremony held on the evening of December 6 in which over 100 individuals were in attendance. Attendees enjoyed the talents of singer Terri Collins and violinist Dr. Marc Widershein as well as delicious treats provided by the Goodall Food Service Department and wonderful hot chocolate donated by Aroma Joe’s.
