The Goodall Hospital Pain Management Center was established in 2004. The volume of patients seen in the Center has grown exponentially and it has become apparent that there is a growing need for us to expand our services and our facilities.

In early September, 2009, we will open our newest facility, the Goodall Health Center – Kennebunk, which will be home to an additional Pain Management Center. This state-of-the-art facility will allow us to deliver the highest quality of services and care to our growing patient population, close to home.

What is pain?

Every person's pain is unique. The perception and tolerance of pain varies widely from one individual to another, making pain difficult to define. Only an individual can say where their pain is located, how it feels, and how it impacts their routine function.
