Arrival & Departure

Arrival times for patients participating in the study are usually between 7:00 and 8:30 p.m. Patients can expect to depart from the sleep institute between 5:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. the next morning.

Parking

Special parking is designated for Sleep Institute patients. The handicap parking spaces will also be used for Sleep Institute patients starting at 7:00 p.m. The handicap spaces will have signage that specifies use for the Sleep Institue patients.

Security

For the comfort and safety of our patients and staff, the Sleep Institute will be secure at all times. Patients scheduled for a study will enter through the front entrance of the building. This will be unlocked. Proceed down the hall and on your left will be a reception area and informational directory.

There is a buzzer/phone on the wall located behind the desk with instructions to contact the Sleep Institute Technician. Please follow the instructions posted to alert the technician you have arrived, the Sleep Technician will then come to get you.

Directions

From the North:

Maine Turnpike, Take Exit 25

Turn left onto Alewive

Turn left onto Fletcher Street (Route 35), follow Route 35 through the roundabout

At the traffic light turn left onto Route 1 (Main Street)

Continue on Route 1 bearing left.

At the traffic light located by Dunkin Donuts/Shoppers Village, turn right onto Livewell Dr.

Goodall Health Center is located straight ahead.

* Please use the South Tower entrance; this will be the entrance that lies straight ahead.
